Our true source of healing and wisdom is;
Ourselves.
You are your own greatest healer.
Your body is an extension of your being. It has wisdom to heal, and whatever condition it manifests, it also has the power to reverse, if your Soul wants!
We are energy and our parts are all connected to the Greater Energetic Source and should be treated as such. All parts communicate with each other on an (initially) invisible (not invisible to all), energetic level. Physical Manifested Symptoms happen when energy rising from deep within becomes blocked or stuck. These symptoms are often connected to deeper cellular pain, such as long suppressed emotional pains, from this life experience and/or another life experience which you soulfully chose to clear in this life experience. Energy also becomes stuck when Higher Vibrational Light moves in and the Physical Vessel is not prepared or ready to absorb it.
Your bodies (physical, mental, emotional) will send you messages in the way of food cravings, unease, aches and pains or other more severe physical symptoms, along with anxiety, depression, and other mental and emotional type conditions, until you slow down, stop, and pay attention to them.
Your job is to tune into these messages so that you know when You are out of balance. Yoga, Meditation, Time in Devotion, Tai Chi, Non Excessive Exercise, Time in Nature, Eating for Healing, Creative Time, and Spirited Fun are all ways to help clear stress and create a calm, connected, happy heart. These are places to start to bring your body, mind and spirit back into balance.
There are times when you will need something more and this is where I, and other true Healers can help you.

I do not have the title of Shaman, Alternative Practitioner, Medicine Woman, or White Witch, although I have been all of these and more in other lives. I do not like titles particularly yet for human understanding it is important to use one and the broader term of Healer seems easiest.
I do not live in a monastery, a commune, or in the
forest, although I have done in other lives and am extremely happy
those times are complete!
I AM a western spiritual girl living both my regular western girl and lightworker healer life!
I do not understand or know it all and I cannot explain it all in this one post, or in general. This is because there is so much more beyond anything human words can touch. The Truth is; only experience will explain!
